JVL Protein Pancakes

JVL Pancakes recipe:
Ingredients needed:
🥞Oat flower/ rolled oats
🥞JVL slender dessert/collagen/MCT protein powder
🥞1full egg
🥞3 egg whites
🥞250ml Rice milk
🥞low cal maple syrup
🥞almond butter
🥞strawberries
🥞blue berries
How to make the healthy JVL Pancakes:
🥞Whisk until combined.
🥞Add the wet ingredients into a blender and start up the blender on the lowest setting.
🥞While the blender is blending pour all dry ingredients into blender to combine dry and liquids ingredients. When all dry ingredients are in blender, blend it for about 1 minute.
🥞Add ¼ cup of the JVL pancake batter onto your hot griddle or pan
🥞 Cook for about 2 minutes, or until bubbles form around the edges. When the edges are golden brown and the bubbles are popping up through the center of the pancake, use your spatula and take a peak to see if they are brown to your liking.
Then flip the JVL pancake and cook for another 2 minutes.
You may have it just plain or dress it up with your filling like sugar free peanut butter and berries.
The more maple syrup you add, the higher the calorie count, so use sparingly!
