Free trials of certain JVL products and services may be offered from time to time. The terms and conditions of such free trials shall be contained in the offer, but the remainder of the terms and conditions of this agreement will still apply to the trial period. No refund of any amount paid shall be granted under any  circumstances including but not limited to:

• if you have completed any free trial period and commenced with any section of the program;
• if any part of the program or subscription has been downloaded;
• if a deposit is payable it will be non-refundable due to administration charges and fees and any other non-refundable terms contained in on any pages of the website or affiliated pages. By subscribing to this website, becoming a member or by submitting a “job card” or request, you agree to the fees charged on this website and acknowledge that you do not have any objections to this monetary value being paid upon demand.
• You take full responsibility to ensure that your payment will proceed on a successful basis and that your credit card will be updated on our system as soon as same should expire.

 

1. Termination / Cancellation Options

 

JVL reserves the right to cancel the agreement, without any refund to the client, with the client if the client:

• refuses to act upon advice given by any advice givers on this site,
• if the client refuses to pay certain funds or expenses to JVL or its advice givers/ attorneys, advocates or associated parties,
• if the relevant information was not supplied to JVL within 48 (FORTY-EIGHT) hours after the ‘job card’ was lodged or the mandate was given to an associated legal practitioner, institution or representative.
