Refund policy
Please note that our in-store purchase return and exchange policy differs from our online purchases.
We have a NO RETURN and NO REFUND online policy.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t consider offering you an exchange or cash refund.
Cash refunds only apply online and if returned:
- within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase;
- the product is in its original packaging;
- the product was not exposed to sunlight or moisture;
- remains sealed.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

Exchanges for an in-store purchase
- You will have to return the product to the JVL store where it was purchased in the 14 day period mentioned above;
- Instore purchases only qualify for an exchange;
- The courier cost involved will be for your account (to and from JVL);
- Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item to exchange. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange within a reasonable time. If you are approved, then you will be able to make an exchange for another JVL product;
- We only exchange items if they are not defective or damaged and in the originally sealed condition and if we can establish that the product has not been exposed to any sunlight or moist together with the terms as mentioned herein above. If you need to exchange it for a similar item, send us an email at info@jvl.co.za and jvl.wellnesspa@gmail.com and send your item to: Shop 49 Parkview Lifestyle Centre, Moreleta Park, Pretoria, GT, 0181, South Africa.
Exchanges/ Refund for an online purchase
- You are able to choose between a refund or exchange (terms as above) if the product was purchased online.
- You will have to return the product to the JVL store where it was purchased in the 7-day period mentioned above;
- The courier cost involved will be for your account (to and from JVL);
- Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item to exchange. International orders:
For any international orders – No refunds.
Exchanges will only be considered if we have received the products back in South Africa, at JVL and in the original packaged and sealed condition as explained herein below. Any Freight costs or pricing related to Customs, will be for your own account. Once the order leaves our JVL office, you accept all risk with regards to the parcel as we cannot guarantee nor make any warrantees as to the regulations and acceptance of the parcel with regards to an International order.
Non-returnable items:

To apply for a considered exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, consultant name, date of your purchase and as proof, a photo of the issue with your purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Late or missing exchanges
If you haven’t received an exchange confirmation or rejection yet, please contact info@jvl.co.za and jvl.wellnesspa@gmail.com to follow up.
Sale items
No exchange or refund policy applies.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged/ refunded and that includes sales on “Black Friday and Cyber Monday”.
Gifts
No refund/ exchange policy applies.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive the same as stated above and the same procedure would apply.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the “gift-giver” will have to reach out to our office as stated above.
Shipping
No refund/ exchange policy applies.
To return your product, you should courier your product directly to: Shop 49 Parkview Lifestyle Centre, Moreleta Park, Pretoria, GT, 0181, South Africa.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-exchangeable/ non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the above to be concluded, may vary.
Please note that if a refund or exchange was approved you will have 3 calendar days to send us your bank refund details or to arrange for the exchange. After the 3 day period the refund/ exchange timeframe would have expired and none can be granted.
