Directions to use
For an isotonic solution mix 1 rounded scoop with 250 - 300ml water. Alternatively,for a hypotonic solution mix 1 rounded scoop with 400 - 600ml water.

event.During intense exercise: Consume approximately 250ml liquid per 15
